Any business online needs to be able to process credit cards. End of story, period, nothing else to be said. Unfortunately for smaller businesses that don’t have a huge volume of customers anything other than PayPal is out of the question because of high monthly fees, outrageous percentage rates, or high transaction fees. Let’s face it your margins are slim enough as it is who needs even more cut out from under them?
Most people at some point in time will be looking for a credit card. Let’s face it that’s how our America Society works right? I mean we get what we want now and pay for it for the rest of our lives on a 23% interest rate at the minimum payments. Of course there are legitimate reasons for having a credit card such as raising your credit score so you can get a better deal on a house. Businesses that only want to pay for an employees gas instead of handing them cash can use a gas card. Someone who just needs to float bills until they get paid next week.
