I’m not always huge on the Rodeo around here. Alright so I live in Kansas City… which traditionally has been called cow town… but at nearly 5 million inhabitants and no real farms to speak of around here you can hardly call it a town anymore, and the cows have long since been gone. So finding a true cow boy in this area is fairly difficult. Watching the NFR though really brings out the cow boy in me! You guys probably can all attest to the fact that I am a huge HUGE wholesale fan. But all joking aside there is a huge benefit to purchasing a home right now.
