One of my friends in high school said the greatest thing about Halloween. He said that it’s kind of a funny time of year, where everybody dresses up and tries to be like us… and we’re the ones who don’t care about what we look like. That coming from a group of Gothic kids in high school of course. But it really is true, we were all in theatre, and did Ren. Faire so we got to dress up all the time and play various parts. We wore mostly black on a daily basis, and once a year everyone else in the world would wear halloween costumes and try to be like us.
