It’s mothers day! And you know what that means right? If you didn’t get your girlfriend, wife, mother, or otherwise something special today you are in deep trouble! Husbands, just because you’re both wearing wedding rings doesn’t mean that you are safe either. If you didn’t at least treat the mother of your children to something special, you’ll be getting something cold and shoulderish for a while. I’m glad I was able to treat my wife today with some precious time… just being laid off I didn’t have a lot of money to get a special gift… but as the old saying goes “How do you spell love? T-I-M-E” so I spent some precious time with my gorgeous wife today.

My car is old enough that you can’t get new floor mats from the manufacturer any longer. Which is why I’m glad that there are companies that sell auto mats. Companies that specialize in making OEM quality direct replacement parts for those of us who can’t afford (especially in this economy) to get a new car. Even when it is something so simple as auto mats you notice a difference when you’re constantly getting in and out of your car and have a gravel driveway like mine… it’s impossible to keep things clean if you can’t pull the old mats out and shake them around. It’s really just not feasible to try and vacuum the car clean even just once a week.

I love being outdoors, and I love that the seasons are changing enough to allow for more outdoor activity! I hate walking outside feeling like a Mosquito magnet though.
