As a bit of an artist myself it’s great to see communities sprouting up that let you sell your handmade gifts! I know that when I took my handmade jewelry website online it was very difficult with lots of struggles along the way. Of many including the struggle of advertising, or SEO campaigns… of course being self funded it was rather difficult to get much more than some basic terms… That’s why in addition to my jewelry website I’ve started using all sorts of other online sales platforms such as ArtFire.com which allows you to list your handmade items for free! It’s a great place for any beginner, or larger handmade shop that wants to expand their clientele base!

Of all the things that there are cheats for out there Call of Duty tops the list. Seriously, I’ve been doing a little bit of research on different hacks, cheats, and exploits in games. When you look at cheats for call of duty you get millions of results, and hundreds of thousands of people searching for them every month! As in comparison things like Combat Arms hacks are out there, but not as prevalent (of course CA isn’t as big of a game as CoD either). Other hugely popular games like Counter Strike aren’t as popular with cheats either though… kind of makes me wonder what all of the Call of Duty Cheats are about ya know?

Okay so I was messing around, and finally figured out what it is that will give me a good start online. I’ve discovered that you doing everything yourself = more work than any one person can do themselves. And quite honestly that’s been a fairly big discouragement. Anything can be done with a little bit of money in this industry… so I’ve taken the time to wait things out for a little while… of course not laying idle. Over the course of the next few months I’ll pump a couple hundred dollars to get kclanparty.org to a more stable position I’d like to see 5,000 unique visitors and with some new advertising campaigns I’m hoping to see an increase from $3.50 a day to $8 a day… I know it’s a long shot but that’s what I would like to see for kclanparty. The next thing is going to be a little bit relieving to everything else. My dad owns a vacuum shop and has for a long time… before that he was a janitor for 18 years. He’s been working on vacuums for longer than I’ve been alive… his tiny little business has run most other vacuum repair shops in the area out of business even.

Except for one. This shop was about to go out of business until they did something revolutionary. They started selling online. The online sales of this shop was enough to bring them back from just about to go out of business to flourishing. Now don’t get me wrong the idea of online vacuum sales did cross my mind. However doing so requires quite a bit of capital to start with. Neither me nor my father have tons of money to work with. So I am going to capitalize on his knowledge of the vacuum world instead. Not only do I get to capitalize on his knowledge… but I also get to prosper from a joint venture. I code the site, he writes the articles, we both add funding to the advertisement of the site… end scenario = win!

So that is how the Vacuum Cleaners have saved my e-pire dream :-P

Looking for a good copper bracelet? I know that copper has been well known for a long time for arthritis help, but what about it’s help in carpal tunnel? If you’re like me working online ALL the time you might be in need of something that can help your muscles and tendons with carpal tunnel. A nice handmade copper bracelet, like this one, with a magnetic clasp can help to ease the pain, and make your muscles and tendons more malleable.

Health Benefits:
Knowledge of the healing effects of copper is deeply ingrained in history. Cultures all over the world have used copper to treat sore throats and a variety of other ailments for centuries.

Modern science confirms what people around the world have known for hundreds of years. Copper is an essential nutrient, playing a vital role in keeping bones, skin, brain, blood vessels and immune system strong and healthy. Copper (Much like its cousin silver) also has anti-bacterial properties useful in slowing the spread of illnesses.

Because copper can be absorbed through the skin, wearing copper jewelry has become a simple, popular way to reap the benefits of this lovely metal.

Although modern science has no provided specific evidence of the health benefits of copper jewelry, many still swear by it. I’ve had many customers who have written me thank you notes because the copper jewelry I sold them has helped ease the pain of their Arthritis, or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Many other people all over the world swear by Coppers healing abilities for everything from: Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel, cold hands or feet, poor blood circulation, back pain, headaches, Fibromyalgia, and many more ailments!

Magnetic therapy has been documented worldwide, and is well known to help reduce pain levels. Combined with copper, another well known pain reducing agent my copper magnetic jewelry may help you with a number of ailments! Clinical studies report between 75-85% of patients experience relief using magnetic therapy.

The way magnets work for you: some doctors believe that the magnetic field affects the iron component of blood, hemoglobin, thereby increasing circulation to the area where magnets are applied.

Another theory is that the magnetic field energizes and oxygenates the white corpuscles in the blood stream, and these white corpuscles are natures healing agents. The charged ions increase the blood flow, which provides increased oxygenation to the blood. This increased oxygenation is the prevalent factor to enhancing your body’s natural healing powers, and the results are less pain, decreased inflammation, and the possibility of increased energy level.

**disclaimer**
Individual results may vary. This information, and the products sold here are not to be used to diagnose, or treat serious disorders without medical advice. Talk to your doctor about the use of both copper and magnetic therapy.

**Warning** People with pacemakers, or other implanted medical devices should not use magnet therapy. Magnetic products are not recommended for use during pregnancy.

A note from the creator:
Being that I do two things, make chainmail jewelry, and design websites, both with a high risk for repetitive motion injuries such as Carpal Tunnel that puts me at high risk of having lots of pain in my life. In fact I have experienced a good deal of pain from these jobs, not just in my hands or wrists, but also my back, shoulders, and neck. I was always skeptical of the “healing powers” of magnets. I knew that copper was an essential nutrient that could be absorbed through the skin… but was also a bit skeptical of its “healing powers” as well. That was until I met someone who practiced acupressure who graciously gave me some acupressure magnets for my back and shoulder pain, an taught me to apply them. Within a couple of days the pain subsided, after a few weeks of using them the pain went away, not temporary relief like the pain was gone when I had the magnets on and came back later, gone as in completely gone. The worn bruised tissue had healed, the knots in my muscles had broken down and eased up. I have been wearing copper bracelets with magnetic clasps for over two years now and don’t have the same issues as I did with repetitive motion injuries.

On another topic, I just discovered that the magnetic clasps aren’t so amazing. After wearing it for a day the copper wore off. It is obviously copper PLATED and not solid copper. I’m sorry for that, but it’s just a warning that the clasps will be silver if you wear it. Took less than a day for me, but who knows.

Will it turn my skin green?
I get that question a lot… and my answer stands “I don’t know.” I wear copper bracelets and necklaces just about every day and it never turns my skin green. First off I’ve never worn anything that I didn’t make, the copper that I use is certified 99.9% pure and comes from a very well respected jewelry supply company. That might have something to do with the fact that it never turns green on my skin. It could also be a person to person thing, I’ve met a lot of people who say that certain pieces of jewelry of theirs turn their skin green all the time because of the copper content, which could just be how your skin reacts to the copper.

So in short I’m not sure whether the reason for green skin syndrome comes from the actual item (the density of the copper might have something to do with that, something that is less dense will rub off more, possibly more than your body can absorb). Or it could be a reactionary thing where some peoples bodies absorb, or discard more copper than others… could also be a combination of the two. Whether or not MY jewelry will turn your skin green… well all I can say is that it does not for me and I wear it riding my bike, running, working, sleeping, and any other activity you can think of… I’ve never had a problem… whether or not that is the same for you, I’d be interested to hear from you if you’ve had a problem with it before, and it doesn’t with my jewelry because I can’t say for sure.

Do you, or your business need network administration training? I have a friend who said that at their work they just lost their network admin, and was asking if I wanted to take the job. I’ve been working around computers forever, but have no Microsoft or other network admin training, or certification! I could probably do the job, but unfortunately I’m not qualified for it because I don’t have the certification.

Luckily the position will be under the hiring process for a few weeks which gives me enough time to get Network+ Training from QuickCert.com and get my certification quick! It just might help me around here with my small business too knowing how to properly run some networks.

Anyways, if you, or anyone you know needs to be certified at any level for network administration visit Quick Cert. At QuickCert their mission is to provide IT professionals with the highest level of self-study training and certification materials. You’ll have the opportunity to learn at your own pace, grow as fast or as gradually as you need. And end your time with real certification! QuickCert is most definitely the way to go when you need to have certification to prove what you know. A few years ago it was possible to get IT jobs without certification if you knew your stuff… now unfortunately with the way the job market is you’ve got to be able to prove your knowledge before you can get your foot in the door!

It amazes me at how many companies are out for quick gains anymore… PayPerPost being one of them… They’re moving more and more towards the quick gain market. But hey it’s worked for Wal-Mart why shouldn’t it work for them too? What does Wally-World do that P3 is now copying? Good question… and the answer is very simple. Wal-Mart treats their employees like shit, and continually pays them less, and less. The less they pay you, the more you’re expected to do however… well I guess that’s not exactly true, they continually pay less and also hire fewer people so it increases the workload on everyone else… they also intentionally drive people away so that they can get new employees in who get paid less… or just don’t hire anyone new. Such as when I worked there they’d hire on a new person and we’d be thinking that our team was going to be full! Shortly after they’d fire two, three, four other people from the same department and when we asked when we were going to be full staff again they’d say that we were! And that the “budget” wouldn’t allow for anymore people… we’re talking about a store that staffs fewer than 200 people for 24/7 shifts, in a store size as big as 4 football fields, that makes over $3,000,000 A WEEK! And they can’t afford to be full staff? Something is seriously wrong with this business model!

PPP is doing the same thing… They continue to pay bloggers less, and less (granted the minimum is still $5 and always has been) There are more bloggers than ever before… more advertisers than ever before… and they’re raising what they charge the advertisers… in a rather deceptive manor that makes it look like you’re paying the bloggers more. They also are treating bad bloggers better, rewarding people for terrible posts… I don’t know, going over all the changes they’ve made in the last year is too much… but basically everything they do is for the advertisers… which sure are spending the money, so they should be treated right… but if you treat your bloggers badly who will you sell those ads to? Who’s going to take the opportunities in the end?

When you’re out riding your motorcycle it’s important that you have good boots! I know from experience that a good pair of boots can save your ankle, or leg from serious injuries. I’ve seen guys riding off road on their four wheelers or mountain bikes crash, or miss a jump and get thrown from their bikes. For the foolish ones who wear tennis shoes while riding many of them break, crush, or twist their ankles in very bad ways during an accident. For those smart enough to have good riding boots light sprains, bruises, or minor twisting of the ankle is about the worst that they get. I’ve seen a lot of them walk out after such crashes too. Your ankles and feet are much too important to be neglected, be smart and protect them with a good pair of Motorcycle Boots from copshoes.com!

CopShoes.com not only has a great selection of motorcycle boots but they’ve got boots of all kinds for whatever your job or hobby might be! Their customer service is also second to none! Available weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 8:30am to 5pm CST you can call them up (866) 280-0400 to ask about order statuses, questions about the boots you wish to purchase, or any other questions that you might have dealing with your order!

Magnext MMORPG

MMORPG Comments Off

Want to give your kids the opportunity to build, build, build! But low on cash?
MagNext are amazing building and learning tools for your kids to learn about both construction, and magnetism… but of course sometimes your kids creativity exceeds your funding capabilities. That’s why it’s awesome that MagNext has come out with an MMORPG that allows your kids to build with MagNext all day long, and it doesn’t cost you a dime! Then of course buy some MagNext and let them build and learn with a more hands on experience ;-)

The game is a browser based MMORPG so most anybody can play it… I’d say you should probably have at least a dual core processor though as my Quad Core AMD 9850 was running at about 50% the entire time I was in game… that’s one thing that I really don’t like about flash based or any browser based game since all the 3D graphics need to be processed by your processor rather than your graphics card it takes quite a bit of processing power to run it. It is advantageous to MagNext for them to have it browser based, and I understand the decision, it also opens the game up to a lot of people who don’t have graphics cards of any kind.

Beyond the physical aspects of the game it is actually quite entertaining. There’s not as much building and assembly as I would of expected but there’s enough to keep a kid entertained for a few hours. Compared to other browser based MMORPG games like Runescape, the world is minuscule, with only 4 real points of attraction… more to come, but I don’t see this as one of those games a kid sits around and plays forever, or gets too addicted to. Of course things may change when there are more people in game to chat with, and battle!

I have a terrible love hate relationship with Combat Arms right now… I’ve never purchased one of the crates or whatever they’re called. They’re boxes that you can get all sorts of random merchandise from. Well a couple days ago I went ahead and tried one of the random boxes… From what I was hearing you got your item for 30 days… so I mean no matter how bad things turned out (even if I got a hammer face mask) I’d have it for a month right? Nope, I got an item that first off I hate, some stupid sniper rifle that is inaccurate as all get out! So I paid $5,000 for a sniper rifle that even crouching shooting slowly at a non-moving target jumps so much that it misses 50% of the time (should of got the silencer that reduces recoil)… gah! Not to mention I paid $5,000 for this gun that only costs like $800 for a days use… and guess what… I got it for one day… No re-rolls, no bonuses, thanks for playing YOU FAIL!

So it’s never going to be time to do one of those boxes again… now I’m down to like no money, and having to fight people with no armor for myself, and an M16… I’m getting killed by even n00bs since it’s easy for them to kill me w/o armor, and it’s hard for me to kill them since I got a craptacular gun that can’t penetrate armor for crap! So I don’t make enough money per round to actually do anything and I don’t have the money to buy anything that I’ll actually be able to buy anything to do much of anything!

On top of that I wanted to buy one of the characters (Baron) so I’d have at least heavy armor, plus it comes with $10,000 gp so I’d be able to get a good gun too… so I’d have heavy armor, and a good gun for 7 days… and the payment processor has been failing! for some reason I can’t pay… tried it in every browser, many times everything goes fine, log into PayPal fine, and then at the end it gives me some stupid error message… Oh well, guess I’ll actually have to play and whittle my way back up to having something :-P
