Okay, right now I’m basically drooling at the idea of a California Vacation… or better yet Honey Moon since my wedding is coming up in December 
A vacation like that takes a LOT of money though, more money than a pair of newly weds have. Or at least that’s the kind of mind set that I had before I found HomeAway.com! Let’s face it, hotels are expensive, you never get a good view (without pushing a few Benjamin’s into the desk clerks hand). And they feel like caves to me, windows on one side with a nice parking lot view, small cramped… not exactly romantic.
I was looking at HomeAway.com though and they have santa barbara rental property for the same price, and sometimes even LESS than a hotel! We’re talking about renting a house, or condo ocean side for less than you would pay for a hotel!
Now for Rose and I it’s great to be able to get a 5 bedroom villa for $135 - $165/night. But think about the benefits of a large family of 5 or two families vacationing together. Just imagine how much they would save in hotel costs! Now just think of how much of your nerves would be saved. Trust me I know how much you can get on everyones nerves when you’re all cramped into a hotel room. But with this option you have 5, yes, count them FIVE rooms to spread out in! And you’re not spending a small fortune to do so.
