You guys know that I love good technology, no matter what industry that technology is in. And when it comes to technology in the coating and sealant business Belzona has it! I know most of you think that a lot of equipment such as ships, industrial equipment, and mining rigs are simply painted. The truth of the matter is that a lot more goes into the process than a simple once over paint job, or even a thrice over paint job for that matter. In fact many of these items are not painted at all even if it looks like paint. Paint simply doesn’t have the durability to withstand the harsh climates and working conditions this equipment must operate under.
Some equipment that must either stay perfectly clean, or withstand high temperatures (such as some high performance manifolds for race cars) layers of Ceramic coatings are necessary. While others need special Coating sealants to withstand harsh environments such as ocean water, high heat, sand, and the stress of heavy equipment just doing it’s job moving around. It is also imperative in this industry that you occasionally get a professional to do Industrial Repair. Without the professionals at Belzona there are a lot of industry leaders that would be left out to dry (literally and figuratively). Without their coating and sealant expertise much of the equipment that we rely on to live out lives as we do would not function properly. Or would be much like it was a few hundred years ago and such luxuries would only be available to the super rich. So I must thank Belzona and their expertise in the industry.
